Purchases

All sales are final. Please read the description of each item before purchasing. Please contact customer service within 2 business days of the arrival of product to report any concerns. Please include your original order number and picture of the goods purchased when contacting our team.

We will only replace items that are damaged or incorrectly packed by our team. No refunds will be granted.

With the continuous changes in supplies and our ability to obtain the best quality ingredients, it is important to note that prices are subject to change without notice. We will honor the price of an item placed in your cart and purchased within 4 hours. Discounts, sales, and coupon codes can change at any time. 

Shipping

It is your responsibility to place your order with the correct shipping time to guarantee arrival and freshness. We will extend shipping and processing charges to you in order to cover our costs of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, and delivering them to you.
